LFV, the Swedish ANS provider, intends to upgrade its AIM process and production systems to meet the EU ADQ Regulation 73-2010 by procuring an ADQ-compliant AIM production system for the purpose of producing static and dynamic AI data and the corresponding products, in part to satisfy our own needs as an AIS provider, in part to establish a technical product platform mainly for the provision of ADQ-compliant products/services within the business area of AIM as part of our present and future vested business interests. In this regard, LFV intends to establish a long-term relationship (partnership) with a well-established prime contractor with the prior experience of and ability to (1) provide a system with a modular design/architecture that can be tailored over time to fit the purpose of the LFV business process for AI production, and (2) integrate prior-generation (legacy) systems as well as other CFE provided by LFV. For more information about the intended scope and LFV and the LFV Group, please refer to the documents attached to this contract notice. This procurement procedure is subject to the approval by LFVs Director General which has not been given at the time of the announcement of this contract notice. In the event that such approval for the investment is not secured, LFV reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure.
