Home Group Ltd (HGL) wish to procure a contract for the provision of various repairs and maintenance works and services including the following: — responsive repairs, — void works, — service and heating repairs, — planned maintenance. This list is not exhaustive and Home Group reserves the right to appoint further works and services of a similar nature to the above works and services at its discretion during the contract term. The contract will be for an initial period of 7 years with an option to extend for a further period of 7 years at Home Group’s discretion. It is envisaged that the contract will initially cover approximately 5 500 properties in Central North Region, which covers North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, East Riding of Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and parts of North Lincolnshire and Greater Manchester. These units are split between general needs housing and supported units.
