The Norwegian Parliament’s Administration, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to an open tender contest for the specialized field internal control. The consultant’s assignments will mainly include preparation of method for uniform works with internal control for the administration. The Awarding Authority requests: 1) Assistance in connection with the internal control with a view to proposal showing how internal control for the Norwegian Parliament shall be developed organizational and professionally, including selection of methods, systems and routines. 2) Assistance in connection with implementation of decided system. 3) Assistance in connection with implementation of internal controls for certain areas upon requests. The agreement period is 2 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation.
