In April 2016 RVO.nl published an EU-tender 'Supply of Metocean data at Hollandse Kust (ref. TN 90539). The received offers did not meet one or more of the requirements and RVO.nl did end the EU-tender. In conformity with article 32 of the DIRECTIVE 2014/24/EU (and the Public Procurement Act 2012, article 2.32), the Contracting Authority did start the negotiated procedure without prior publication (‘onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging’). Until this moment, the Contracting Authority did not publish the contract award notice. The contract has been awarded in April 2016.
