Area D: Further development of Altinn generally (Framework Agreement)

Award of contracts and framework agreement The procurement covers the operation, administration and further development of the Altinn solution for the period from June 2016 for 4 to 8 years into the future, with the establishment of agreements and establishment projects, July 2015. The procurement is divided into four areas: A) operation, B) administration of the Altinn Information Portal, C) administration of Altinn generally, D) further development of Altinn generally. Areas A–C will be established as contracts. Area D will be established as parallel framework agreements with three service providers. The Brønnøysund Registre Centre is the contracting authority for the procurement. In addition to the Brønnøysund Registre Centre, many different agencies and organisations will be customers. There are currently 41 companies within the public sector participating in the Altinn collaboration. Several public businesses (including municipalities and counties) will be allowed to join the collaboration prior to and during the agreement period.
