Film & Kino shall enter into contracts with system integrators for the provision of continuous NOC-services for the cinemas. The cinemas will be divided up into "cinema groups" for the procurement (systemised acccording to size, location and/or ownership, probably 6-8 groups). The cinema groups will be set in the tender documents. One competition will be held per framework agreemnet, and one system integrator shall be chosen for each contract. The system integrators shall offer NOC-services for the equipment for each cinema in the cinema group upon orders from the cinema themselves, in accordance with the framework ageement between the system integrator and Film & Kino and the standard call-off contract with each cinema. The framework agreement will last for four years. The cooperation contract for digitalising Norwegian cinemas is however designed so that it expires for each cinema a specific time after the digitalisation of the cinemas. The cooperation contract will gradually expire for the various cinemas during the framework agreement's lifetime. Some cinemas might not want to use this framework agreement then. Further information on this will be in the tender documents. The framework agreement covers the 420 halls that currently exist and are digitalised in Norway. If a cineam is closed down it will leave the framework agreement. If new hall or cinemas are built, they can join the framework agreement.
