TSOC wishes to implement a Market Management System (MMS) for the support of the Cyprus electricity market. The MMS shall comprise of both hardware and software systems and will be based on the market framework as approved by Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority (CERA) and the Trading and Settlement Rules (TSR) version 2.0.0 and its amendments. The project shall include all necessary hardware, software, licenses, and services required for the detailed design, implementation, customization, installation, commissioning and any other service needed to procure the MMS system. The project shall also include the integration of the MMS with the existing infrastructure of TSOC.
