Ferde AS needs consultancy services within a number of different disciplines. This framework agreement includes consultancy services within the following disciplines: — business and organisational development — value up to NOK 2 million per year, — business and financial management — value up to NOK 2 million per year, — architecture, further development and testing — value up to NOK 2 million per year, — internal audit — value up to NOK 1 million per year. The content in the services under the different areas is explained in detail in part 2 Appendix 1 Needs Description. Parallel framework agreements will be established with three supplier within each of the disciplines, with the exception of the internal audit discipline. In the internal audit discipline a framework agreement will be established with one supplier. The tenderer awarded the framework agreement for internal audit can not be awarded framework agreements within the other disciplines. The estimated value is only an estimate and the value can vary from year to year and the need may not be as large as estimated.
