Translink wish to establish a single supplier framework with a suitably qualified contractor to perform Permanent Way works across the Northern Ireland Railways Network. This framework arrangement will be for a period of 8 years with break options commencing in January 2018. The contract terms will be NEC and the estimated spend is 130 000 000 GBP over the 8 year period.
