Procure plus (PP), a consortium of registered (housing) providers with stock primarily in the North West of England, (acting as authorised agent on behalf of its contracting authority members) in association with Lancashire Housing Partnership (LHP), Cumbria Housing Partners (CHP) and Procure Plus Associates (PPAL) have procured framework agreement for the servicing, testing and maintenance of heating systems. It is envisaged that volume will be mainly for domestic systems, however there may be a requirement over the four years for commercial and/or multi fuel servicing and maintenance. (Note that PP are part of Re:allies which is a unique Northern alliance of registered (housing) provider consortia consisting of PP, LHP, CHP, PPAL, Efficiency North (Yorkshire and Humberside) (EN) and North East Procurement (NEP). The framework agreement has been split geographically, and the framework of successful contractors for each region will undergo mini-competition exercises as a means of calling off from the framework agreement. There is also a provision for direct selection under the framework agreement, where the contracting authority is able to determine which contractor will provide it with the most economically advantageous offer for the proposed Underlying Contract by reference to the contractors tender submissions for the Framework Agreement, The following contracting authorities will be entitled to call off under the PP framework agreement as and when required: 1. Any partner or customer of PP (Peaks & Plains Housing Trust www.peaksplains.org, Home Groupwww.homegroup.org.uk, Together Housing http://www.togetherhousing.co.uk, Liverpool Housing Trust http://www.lht.co.uk, Cobalt Housing http://www.cobalthousing.org.uk/,South Lakes http://www.southlakeshousing.co.uk, and Wigan & Leigh www.wigan.gov.uk), LHP, CHP (Barrow Borough Councilwww.barrow.gov.uk, Eden Housing Association www.edenha.org.uk), PPAL, or other Re:allies member from time to time which may include any social housing provider in the UK. Social housing provider for this purpose means any provider of social housing and includes registered (housing)providers, local authorities, local government ALMOs and unitary authorities. A list of these can be found at the following website: www.homesandcommunities.co.uk The contracting authorities listed or referred to above have requirements predominantly within the Northwest of England including Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire and Cumbria, however those with stock in other areas of the UK may utilise the framework agreement. Applicants should note that, under the framework agreement, none of the contracting authorities that are entitled to use the framework agreement shall be under any obligation to do so. The framework agreement will initially be entered into by PP and the successful contractors, however the framework agreement may be novated from PP to Re:allies once Re:allies has been incorporated. This will not affect the scope of the framework agreement or the works that it covers. Valueworks were appointed to facilitate the procurement process on behalf of PP.
