Department of Capital Construction of the Executive Committee of Kryvyi Rih City Council on behalf of Kryviy Rih City Council intends to apply a part of financing allocated under the Ukraine Municipal Infrastructure Programme (UMIP) to eligible payments to a qualified engineering or consulting firm or a group (Consultant) for provision of construction supervision services. The primary objective of the assignment is to provide professional construction management and supervision services under several contracts for modernisation of the municipal district heating system that will be signed in 2021-2022. The consultant will also carry out such duties and responsibilities as are defined and required from the client’s engineer/project manager in accordance with the FIDIC design and build or other internationally recognised contract conditions (e.g. design, supply and installation of plant and equipment).
