The Norwegian Parliament shall enter into a contract for an electronic security lock system for the commuter residences which in a suitable manner be administered by the administration (an administrator) and by the residences when the person concerned is given access by the administrator. The electronic lock system must be suitable for ‘the rental housing market’ and be set-up in such a way that the administrator can program, re-program or delete elements/codes. The system shall also have an option for time-limited access. The contract is a complete delivery where all necessary equipment and software shall be included and installed, in such a way that the system is ready for use by takeover. The installation of the lock system shall be completed by autumn 2017. The contracting authority shall also be able to order additional services. See the price sheet. When the installation is completed, a service agreement shall be entered into with the provider.
