Database of the TBO Project

In order to investigate the geological underground for a nuclear waste disposal in Switzerland, Nagra executes field investigations. One important aspect is exploration boreholes (“Tiefbohrungen”; TBO). These TBO focus on obtaining long sections of core samples from the relevant geological formations and executing intensive geo- and petrophysical as well as geomechanical and hydrogeological measurements. With this tender, Nagra wants to purchase a software to record the testing activities and drilling operations during the TBO campaign. The bidder must agree to provide such software to Nagra, along with associated development services, hosting services and support and maintenance. The services are to be provided in 3 phases: Phase 1: test of an uncustomised version of the software; Phase 2: development of the software to meet Nagra's requirements, and hosted version of the software and licences; Phase 3: hosted software without addition of new data.
