Supply and Installation of Pedestrian/Cylclist Counters

The aim of this work is to obtain a monitoring system which will collect data on walking, cycling and vehicle movements within the Stirling City area. This system will allow data to be collected remotely from the office and will save both time, and fuel emissions from the car in doing so. By having more, high quality data of the entire transport network, across all modes, we can make better informed decisions regarding transport. This project will be partly funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of Scotland’s 8th City Programme. This tender will be in 2 lots: Lot 1: Supply and Installation of Pedestrian/Cyclist Counters. Lot 2: Supply only of Journey Time Counters.
