A 48 month framework agreement for the supply of Operating Lease Facilities for Educational Establishments ("The Agreement"). Capita Asset Services ("Capita"), a major provider of advisory services to the UK public sector, intends to use the Agreement to enable its clients to procure leasing facilities. Capita will provide details of the Agreement and market the Agreement to its clients. The tender and the subsequent Agreement is for operating lease facilities for tablet devices, IT equipment,multi-functional devices, copiers, audio visual equipment, electronic white boards and projection equipment.This list is not exhaustive, and serves as an indication of the asset types only. It is anticipated that the combined requirements from all Eligible Bodies accessing the Agreement will result in between 300 and 1,000 leases being procured during the life of the Agreement. It is envisaged that an absolute maximum of 2 economic operators ("the Contractors") will be awarded a position on this Framework Agreement,split across the Lots on the following basis: Lot 1 - Operating Lease Facilities for Reprographic Equipment Lot 2 - Operating Lease Facilities for non-Reprographic Equipment The estimated value of purchases that will be made using the Agreement during the 48-month period is between GBP 10 000 000 and GBP 30 000 000 excluding VAT. This estimate of framework expenditure is information only, and no guarantees are given, nor are implied as to the value of business that will be placed with the successful Contractors participating in the resulting framework agreement.
