CPV 33652100-6 Trastuzumab 150 mg injections. Trastuzumab 150mg powder for reconstitution or solution for infusion vials for IV use. Pertinent storage conditions should be clearly indicated on the label of the outer pack. The batch / lot number and expiry date must be printed on each individual vial. Information should be supplied regarding chemical stability and compatibility of the drug following reconstitution and further dilution in (i) Polypropylene syringes, (ii) 0,9 % sodium chloride infusions and (iii) 5 % dextrose infusions, together with any other relevant information. GHPS reserves the right to reject any offer based on the information provided. The duration of chemical stability of the reconstituted drug must be at least 24 hours. When this is not possible, products with the longest chemical stability after reconstitution will be considered.
