Global Customer Insight Solution.

The British Council is currently seeking a suitable provider for a global customer insight programme. We are open to using a range of self-managed or externally managed systems to collect and report on our customer's opinions, views, likes and dislikes in order to drive informed business decisions and improve the impact of our operations globally. The eventual solution may be a customisable package or a bespoke solution and we would aim to pilot it across a substantial segment of our operations before expanding its deployment globally. The initial focus of this programme would be our Business to Customer audience which exists largely in our English and Exams business. We will then expand its implementation to other areas of the organisation at a later stage.
