Market Survey — Behavioural Based and Network Traffic Analysis Solution

The Norwegian Parliament — Stortinget, needs to improve the ability to detect suspicious network traffic and wants to implement a behavioural based network traffic analysis tool. The tool is intended to compliment the signature based detection solutions that are already in place. The purpose of this market survey is to investigate the market for these types of solutions and collect information can be utilised in a public procurement of such a solution at a later date. Currently, Stortinget [the Norwegian Parliament] has 3 000 MAC addresses and 1 Gbps traffic (on average). The requested solution should be capable of up scaling by 50 %. In addition to the actual technology, tenderers must also offer specific services in relation to the solution. For more information about the specific requirements and critical needs, see the Appendix to the RFI. The deadline to deliver a response to the market survey is 31.5.2019.
