The Minister for Justice & Equality (“the Contracting Authority”) invites responses (“responses”) to this contract notice including appendices 1 - 5 (“contract notice”) from economic operators (“candidates”) for the provision of IT technical support services initially on a managed service basis as described in more detail in appendix 1 of this contract notice (“services”). Undertakings who wish to participate in this public procurement competition must: 1. comply with all requirements as set out in this contract notice including appendices 1 -5, and 2. complete and return with their response the documentation. At appendices 3-5 to this contract notice. Candidates may include additional information and documents that they consider necessary to provide a sufficient response to this contract notice. The non-provision of any requested information or document or failure to comply with the express provisions of this contract notice may render the response invalid (“invalid response”). The Contracting Authority may reject invalid responses. The Contracting Authority shall consider all valid responses against the qualification criteria at part III of this contract notice. The awarding authority has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via a "tender submission postbox" facility. Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
