The procurement is for a framework agreement for security and stand-by consultancy services. The framework agreement will apply for the Norwegian Parliament's Administration and the Parliamentary Ombudsman. The security staff in the Norwegian Parliament's Administration are expected to have the greatest need. The contract will cover assistance and advice within the following two sub-areas, and tenderers can submit a tender for one or both sub-areas: Sub-area I: security; Sub-area II: stand-by. There is a need for assistance with the preparation of assessments and analyses in concrete security and stand-by questions, and to assess/review relevant measures including consequences of the measures. Furthermore, there is a need for assistance in implementing concrete measures that have been adopted on the basis of the mentioned assessments and analyses.
