Concept Development and Campaign Implementation of an Information Campaign 2021

IMDi would like assistance with the development and implementation of a two-part information campaign: 1) A general nationwide information campaign aimed at both private and public employers, independent of branch and size, is to be developed. The aim is to increase consciousness amongst Norwegian entities and employers of ethnic diversity as a resource. 2) An information campaign is being developed that will be limited to the branches/sectors/entities that the subsidy scheme and guidance service is aimed at. Here the emphasis will be on promoting the subsidy scheme as well as the guidance service, and encouraging employers within the selected branches/sectors/entity areas to be active in their use of the available services. The aim here is that the target group applies for subsidies and uses IMDi's accompanying guidance service.
