Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, plans to hold a competition for a work boat for using to get to the islands in Oslo Fjord. Relevant tenderers are invited to a market conference on 21.6.2018 at 9:00, we expect to be finished at approx. 12:00. The conference will be held at the operation station at Hovedøya, meeting at Rådhusbrygge 1, kl. 9:00. Register by sending an email to fredrik.dahl-hansen@bym.oslo.kommune.no by Monday 18 June, 12:00. Attached is the draft minimum requirements for the tender in the form of a requirement specification, and load criteria related to the quality assessment. It is worth noting that in this procurement we do not aim to detail specify the boat more than necessary. However, we want to give tenderers the freedom to present their best possible proposals to tackle the Agency’s need in regard to operational boats. In this manner we want to utilise market expertise and facilitate innovation.
