The scope of work of this package is the supply and installation of hardwoord timber flooring and wall facings throughout (a total area of approx 10 000 m²). The package will also include the installation of specialist levelling screed in some areas. The Trade Contractor will be required to undertake and carry responsibility for the Detailed Design of elements of the work.
