St Mary's quay construction project.

The Council of the Isles of Scilly is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced principle contractor to undertake the development of the Quay Extension Works on St Mary’s. The building project relates to the construction of an extension to the existing quay together with widening and re-construction of the existing seawall to provide additional access and turning space. In addition the project includes alteration works to the Harbouside Building to upgrade the existing facilities including Ticket Office and check-in, Freight Office, an extension to the existing Freight Store and reconstruction of the Northern Freight Stores. Furthermore the works will include additional mechanical and electrical supplies, external works and drainage works.
