A frame contract for the hornet standard spare parts, ref. 201601MRA.

The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command (FDFLOGCOM) invites Tenderers to submit an entry application for the Hornet standard spare parts Frame Contract competition. The aim of the competition is to enter into a Frame Contract covering F/A Hornet aircraft standard spare parts with several Suppliers. Within the Frame Contract, mini competions between selected Suppliers will be arranged by submitting RFQ's. In the mini competitions, the Suppliers will have appr. 1 — 2 weeks to offer the products of the RFQ. The decision criteria will be the cheapest price and occasionally also delivery time. More detailed terms will be given in the RFQ and in a draft of the Frame Contract as an appendix of the RFQ. The RFQ will be sent for those applicants who has been accepted to the RFQ competition. The Contract will be made for the years 2016-2018. There will be also an option for extra three years.
