Tender contest where the purpose is to enter into a framework agreement for delivery of broadband services and infrastructure to, in and between the Seljord, Kviteseid, Vinje, Tokke, Nissedal and Fyresdal municipalities, Norway. The Awarding Authority uses Visma TendSign in this tender procedure.
