Parking enforcement services. Parking services. Installation services of parking meter equipment. Bailiff services. Parking meters. Reading Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations that are able to provide onstreet civil parking enforcement and notice processing services. The fully integrated parking services will comprise of: — The provision of on street enforcement services including all aspects of On and Off Street Enforcement; — Back office administration and Notice processing functions including provisions and management of associated ICT systems; — Permit Printing — In-Car Camera Services and associated Back Office administration; — Bus Lane Enforcement and associated back office services; — Maintenance including Supply and Install of Pay and Display Machines and Secure Cash Collection; — Pay by Phone Parking and cashless parking systems with associated I.T Provisions. — Secure cash collection, counting and the banking of all monies from pay and display machines. — Maintenance of Pay & Display Machines and future supply and installation. This includes the provision of all necessary equipment, servers, web based hosting arrangements, hardware, software, stationary, communication equipment and licenses to undertake above functions. The contractor will also be required to provide premises, and transport to undertake these services. The Council intends to extend the scope of services during the term of the contract term these include: — Virtual Permits System including associated I.T Provision and Management of Permit Database. — Introduction of innovative new technology and solutions to enhance or improve the On- Street Parking Management Services. With an option to provide during the term of the contract: — Vehicle clamping, vehicle removal, vehicle pound operation and all associated services. — Associated Bailiff Services.
