Framework for the provision of general gas, oil, controls and plumbing works, testing, maintenance and remedial services in accordance with the needs of the Council and legislative requirements. Selected Contractors will also be expected to conduct audits of gas networks and equipment within the Council's Operational properties and assist in the compilation of an accurate asset register. Contractors must be suitably qualified to carry out gas, oil and plumbing works and authorised to issue the relevant certificates and documentation confirming that equipment, installations and properties comply with legislation.
