The framework agreement is for the delivery of PCs and accompanying components. The contracting authority procures more than 200 PCs per annum, divided between 2/3 laptop and 1/3 stationary. — Laptops are historically replaced every 3-4 years. — Stationary PCs are historically replaced every 4-5 years. — The replacement interval for monitors is longer, and the contracting authority sees 6-8 years as a realistic scenario. PCs shall be delivered to all the contracting authority's locations in Norway.
