Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS (KTP) would like to enter into a framework agreement with service providers who can provide services such as inspection, control and monitoring. The contract will be divided into the following four trade areas: — building inspections, — claims handling, — vibration and tremor measurements, — noise measurements. Service providers will be able to give a tender for one or several of the mentioned trade areas. The trade areas will be evaluated separately. A framework agreement will be signed with up to 3 service providers for each trade area. If one or several service providers are best in all the fields, one joint contract will be signed for all the trade areas. Background for the procurement: KTP is carrying out comprehensive works for the maintenance and expansion of tram and underground tracks in Oslo and Akershus. KTP needs therefore documentation of the condition of near lying properties before KTP starts projects. KTP also needs a follow up of claims handling when landowners are of the opinion that their properties have been damaged by KTP's works. In addition, KTP has a need for monitoring tremors in neighbouring areas during the works period. This is both to have direct monitoring of tremors during blasting work and also vibrations from works. KTP must also act in accordance with a rule regarding site noise and needs to monitor the noise level in the neighbouring areas. This can be for works on a few hundred metres to several kilometres at a time. The framework agreement will be for 2 years with an option for 1+1 year.
