The proposed M28 Project will consist of the construction of 10.9km of dual carriageway motorway from the N40 Bloomfield Interchange to Barnahely, 1.5km of single carriageway protected road from Barnahely to the eastern side of Ringaskiddy and a Service area at the Port of Cork facility at Ringaskiddy together with ancillary and consequential works.
