Date: July 18 , 2013 Bid No. 0701-135040180003/01 Under the “China Climate Change Framework Loan” from the European Investment Bank (EIB), Hubei Yichang Small Hydropower Development Project Office of Using the Loans of EIB (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) has applied for an allocation amounting from the Ministry of Finance of The People’s Republic of China to build Hubei Province Yichang City Developing Small Hydropower Project (hereinafter the Project), and the Employer intends to apply all the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the Contract for which these Bidding Document are issued. China International Tendering Company. (abbreviated as “ITC”) entrusted by the Employer as tendering agent now invites sealed bids from bidders from all Eligible Countries for Procurement & Installment of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment for Wufeng Hydropower Station. Include: Wangjiahe I Hydropower Station &Wangjiahe III Hydropower Station Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Supply and Installation, the Contract No. :WJH-M&E-1. The tendering procedures in accordance with the European Investment Bank procurement procedures under the guidelines, the provisions can allow all qualified bidders to participate under the procurement guidelines. All contracts are required to be completed within 24 months after the order of commencement is issued. The full set of evaluation and qualification criteria to be used in the tender evaluation are as per Bidding Documents. Interested bidders can contact ITC for obtaining hardcopies of the Bidding Documents between 9:00 a.m. -- 11:00 a.m., and 2:00 p.m. -- 4:00 p.m. in Genertec Plaza, No.90, Xisanhuan Zhonglu, Fengtai District, Beijing until September 5, 2013 (except Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday), upon non-refundable payment of RMB ¥5,000.00 or EU€500.00 ITC and the Employer will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or delivery of bids.
