Design Research Services.

The BBC is seeking to establish a list of preferred suppliers for the provision of Design research services to help perform testing and evaluation of the BBC's products and services, these will be predominantly, but not exclusively, digital, product or Broadcast based. It is anticipated that these services will cover products on, but not limited to, the following platforms: (a) Web; (b) Mobile/tablet applications; (c) Interactive TV; (d) Games; (e) Internally facing tools. The Framework Agreement will have a term of 2 years commencing on 1.6.2016 and ending on 31.5.2018. Framework Agreement may be extended at the BBC's discretion by up to 2 periods of up to 12 months on each occasion. If the BBC wishes to exercise this option, it will give written notice to the successful provider no later than 30 days prior to the end of the initial term.
