FAST Air Support Team Integrated Transformation (FIT) Strategic Partner

Project management consultancy services. The Fast Air Support Team (FAST) has instigated a process of combat aircraft support transformation with its Industry partners. This has been termed FAST Integrated Transformation (FIT). The aspiration is for FIT to deliver a joint Enterprise between the collaborative elements of Industry and the MOD leading to the optimum provision of in-service support and future capability development and delivery. Moreover, FIT is to deliver a simplified operating model between all partners of the Enterprise, enabling improvements in flexibility and responsiveness; whilst reducing costs. FAST is seeking support from suppliers to become a Strategic Partner in this transformation programme who will define and deliver enduring change. The Contractor will be required to work in conjunction with the Combat Air Enterprise located at MOD Abbey Wood and RAF Coningsby, with travel and work as required at RAF Marham and BAES Warton, with occasional travel to principal offices of other contractors involved with the Combat Air Enterprise, within the UK.
