The contract is for the delivery and supply of a full range of catering services to Northern College. These services include breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar services to short and long term students, Trade Union delegates and visitors to the College. The services are provided throughout the year on a 7 day a week basis. The College term consists of 46 weeks per annum; full services are required during this period. Adhoc hospitality services and external functions are required to be catered for throughout the year for vistors to the College. In addition, there is an opportunity under a separate local agreement to provide a hospitality bar service to Wentworth Trust (who share the Northern College's facilities). This contract will be agreed solely between the successful contractor and the Trust and will consist of providing a cash bar service to compliment the Trust's wedding and conference activities, which will be required on approx.12-20 occasions throughout the year.
