Leicester City Council, in partnership with Leicestershire County Council, wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced organisation(s) to supply and install a Real Time Information System. This contract is for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and operation of a Real Time Information (RTI) System for public transport vehicles in Leicester and Leicestershire. Comprehensive documentation, drawings and suitable training for the Council's staff and agents is included within the Contract. Output from the RTI System will be used to enable public transport priority at traffic signals.
