The invitation to tender concerns the delivery of an articulated load carrier/tool carrier. The load carrier/tool carrier must be in the weight group 6-8 tonnes. The machine shall be used for loading and unloading waste and goods, as well as for snow clearing and edge cutting. The machines shall also manage waste at disposal sites. The load carrier must be flexible for manoeuvring in narrow areas and stringent demands for safety and comfort are also made. The load carrier must be new or very little used (demo machine). A service and maintenance contract for 5 years is included in the delivery. Environmentally friendly engine alternatives are preferred. The contracting authority's Wille load carrier is 9 years (2011) and this shall be replaced. The load carrier is in relatively good condition and has been used for 3 913 hours.
