Swansea University wishes to tender or the provision of maintenance support services for various facilities serving the Centre for NanoHealth (CNH), located within the Institute for Life Sciences 2 (ILS2) Building at Swansea University's Singleton Campus. Each of the facilities is placed in a Lot, as outlined below and tenderers may apply to provide maintenance contracts for any number of Lots. The maintenance contract shall be for a period of three years (with the option to extend for a further 1 + 1 years), and the responses to the Tender Questionnaire by the successful company in the case of each Lot, will form a Service Level Agreement (SLA) based around those maintenance tasks as detailed within the Tender Specification Schedules. In each case of each Lot, the SLA shall cover the provision of Hardware maintenance, Software maintenance (where applicable),Callout service and Annual compliance certification (as applicable).
