Avinor (the contracting authority) is currently establishing a new emergency light system in new terminal areas at Oslo Airport (OSL). Areas in the existing terminal building will, as a consequence of the development, be strongly affected. The objective with the contract is to achieve an overall emergency light system in the terminal building, and Avinor will introduce the Dali standard and a system that is compatible with the Zumtobel e-Box system for the remaining emergency light systems in the terminal building. Consequently, the Contracting Authority will carry out this voluntary ex ante transparency notice prior to signing a new contract for supplies and services of this system to ensure that we do not bypass other parties in the market who can deliver this. The combined contract value for the coming 5 year period is estimated to be approximately 8 500 000 NOK to 10 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The supplier must be able to provide supplies and spar parts that have Dali standard and is compatible with Zumtobel e-Box. Tenderers who can consider they will be in a position to offer the requested supplies and services are asked to contact the Avinor case manager; Yvonne Rydningen, on yvonne.rydningen@avinor.no. If the contracting authority does not receive requests within 10 days from the publication date, a contract will be entered into with ZG Lighting Nordic AB in August 2016.
