Oslo and Akershus University College shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of treatment benches for the Institute of Physiotherapy as well as a separate service agreement thereof. The Institute currently has 134 benches and the long term plan is to replace these with approx. 140 new benches. As a starting point, the contracting authority plans to procure approx. 20 new benches per annum in the future, but this will depend on the need and available budget. Oslo and Akershus University College shall enter into a contract with one supplier. It is expected that the contract value, including options and a service agreement will amount to between 1 500 000 NOK and 2 500 000, excluding VAT. The value is to be considered as a guideline only and do not carry any obligations for Oslo and Akershus University College, or rights for the supplier. The volume is subject to changes due to variations in the university college's needs and annual budgets. A contract will also be signed with the supplier for service on the delivered products. The framework agreement period is 2 years from contract signing. Oslo and Akershus University College shall have the option to prolong the contract on identical terms, for 1 + 1 year. This means that the maximum contract period is 4 years.
