The tender notice concerns project administrative services for the construction project New Skien Sixth Form College in Telemark County. The Project Administrative assignment, henceforth referred to as PA, is expected to be initiated in September 2016, with expected completion of the project by August 2018, as well as a 6 month operational period until March 2019. The project is politically approved and initiation of the construction project is decided. Telemark County shall enter into a contract with one company that can attend to the requirement for PA services for the project New Skien Sixth Form College. — Project management — Construction management (option) The assignment will include all stages of the project. Engineering design and construction are in accordance with the Lyngdals model: https://www.difi.no/sites/difino/files/krusesmith-lyngdalmodellen-finn-harald-ellingsen.pdf, which is an extended interaction model. The draft and preliminary project stages are now concluded and the project will change to a detail engineering and construction stage, last quarter of 2016. The gross area of the college is approx. 17 000 m 2 , and contains the programme subjects; service and communication, specialisation in general studies, as well as music, dance and drama The County Council decided financial frame for the project is NOK 698 000 000. The College shall be constructed with a capacity of 1 050 students and approx. 160 employees. The College shall be completed by the start of school year, autumn 2018 Skanska is the main contractor, and is together with the sub-contractors, organised as an interaction group. Daily precence at the project must be expected. Office accommodation will be provided at the project location. Reports shall be submitted to the County's liaison group which are managed by Team Eiendom. Close co-operation between the County's liaison group and the companies that are awarded functions in the project, must be expected.
