The expected annual demand of axles for the coming five years will be approximately 4 000 (four thousand) pieces divided into 11 (eleven) different types, both motor- and trailer axles. In the future it is very likely that the total amount of 11 different axle types will be extended with more types. This is a consequence of new train types that NS is developing and buying.
