Procurement of communication system.

The procurement includes a new modern, general communication system for all of the municipality's locations, including necessary equipment packages. To the degree mobile telephones are to be involved, the existing telephones shall mainly be used. Future requirements for apparatus and equipment included in the system shall be subject to call-offs against this agreement for up to 3 years subsequent to completed implementation.
