The objective of the procurement is to enter into agreement for the purchase of a portfolio tool including support with implementation and adaptation and further maintenance. The qualification will be carried out to ensure that the desired number of qualified tenderers will submit tender offers. The agreement is estimated to come into force by the turn of the month November/December 2016. The agreement includes implementation of the tool, including procurement of licenses, maintenance and any further development. See the attached qualification documentation for further information.
