The requirement is for the provision of engineering design and project management services consultant services for the proposed Brothock Water Flood Protection Scheme for promotion under the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009 at Brothock Water, Arbroath. A draft Specification of the Requirements (including a location plan and outline drawings) is contained in / provided with the Pre-Qualification document accompanying the Notice. Previous applicants who responded to the earlier advertisement of this contract opportunity will have received notification of cancellation of that earlier advertisement. For transparency and auditability purposes we must therefore ask that previous applicants who remain interested in this contract re-register their interest in this notice and formally respond to it by the stipulated return date and time. However, for the convenience of previous applicants, we will consider any original prequalification responses timeously submitted in response to the original advert if they simply upload by the due date and time a fresh prequalification response wholly or partially incorporating the content of the earlier response.
