Development of an interactive website for people with Type 2 Diabetes (UCL, London).

An interactive website for people with type 2 Diabetes which will be compatible with current UK National HealthService (NHS) IT systems and used for an NIHR funded research study, run by Clinical Academics at the e-Health Unit, UCL (http://www.ucl.ac.uk/pcph/research-groups-themes/e-health-pub). The web developers to be responsible for the development of the website; it’s design; the programming code and language; ensuring it is compatible with the IT systems that the NHS currently uses; maintenance and bug fixing. This also involves the capacity to host the website on a highly secure server, with guarantee of fullback up. This website will be used as part of a randomised controlled trial and all information will be highlyconfidential. UCLwill own all of the IP and copyright and all of the data that emerges from the website which will be used for the purposed of this research study only.
