The Norwegian Parliament has entered into a framework agreement with Stanley AS for service and maintenance of the entire electronic security system's lifetime. The system is based on the control systems and equipment that Stanley uses, and Stanley has, therefore, unique competence in this system, which would be difficult to replace by another supplier. There would be challenges and risks if another supplier took on the responsibility for the service and maintenance of the system, which is dependent on Stanley's competence and equipment, as we are not aware of other actors in the market that deliver the equipment in question.
