The development consists of a single courtyard block between 4 - 6 storeys in height containing approximately 150 no. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments above retail/parking space beneath at ground floor level and associated public realm improvements. The site is located in a conservation area. ULCC is seeking a Design and Build contractor to construct new residences for students/post graduates and families. The tender will include RIBA Stage C and the contractor shall be responsible for completing the design, securing planning approval (which may be jointly submitted with the University) and securing full discharge of all reserved matters.
