Surrey County Council currently uses an Electronic Document Management System to store documents produced by various applications electronically. The solution is fully integrated within the council and we require on going Support and Maintenance. The majority of the documents are produced by our AIS (Adults Information System) and Swift databases and interfaces have been implemented to allow this flow of documents.
