Provision of a venue and facilities for a cross country skiing biathlon and alpine ski championships for up to 410 athletes and 30 officials. 1. Army organized skiing competition for UK based personnel 2. Provide a Championship venue in a suitable location that is able to conduct both Alpine and Nordic competitions. The venue must be located on mainland Europe, no more than 1 200km from Calais, no further than 2 hours from international airport and have good local train and bus links. Alpine Cross Country and Biathlon competitions must be within the same locality. Championship dates (inclusive) are: (a) 2013 13 Jan to 22 Jan 13. (Officials dates 11 to 23 Jan 13) (b) 2014 12 Jan to 21 Jan 14 (Officials dates, 10 to 22 Jan 14) (c) 2015 11 Jan to 20 Jan 15 (TBC) (Officials dates 9 to 21 Jan 15 TBC) It is a one year service contract with 2 one year options.
